Most small businesses run on software built for someone else's business, plus a spreadsheet and a lot of remembering. So I built our own, and it works exactly the way our farm does.

What I built for our farm, you can build for your business, and you don't need to be technical to do it. This website was built the same way.

Set up right, it saves you hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars a year. Business shouldn't feel like milking a duck.

The method

Two frameworks I created. One way to build.

AI will build almost anything you ask for. The hard part is knowing what's worth building, and that's where most people get stuck.

So I created two frameworks from 20+ years of improving how businesses work: the business loop and SPARC. One decides what to build. The other builds it properly.

The business loop: Find it. Choose it. SPARC it. Check it. Zoom out, find the opportunity or the blocker, choose what to build first, then check it moved the business before you go again.
The process loop: Scope, Plan, Action, Review, Continuous improvement. Zoom in and build or fix that one thing properly, so it holds as you grow.
