The membership

This is where we get shit done.

Big businesses have entire teams keeping things moving. Strategy, systems, performance, improvement. The lot.

You've got you.

The Milking Ducks membership gives you the same thinking, tools and structure, resized for small business.

What's inside

Four things that turn ideas into action.

01

Fortnightly co-work + live Q&A.

Time set aside to actually do the work, with me there when you get stuck.

Bring the thing you've been putting off, the decision you're circling, or the problem you can't quite crack. Leave having moved it forward.

02

Monthly design + build session.

We pick one thing and build it together, live.

A system. A process. An AI setup. A customer journey. Whatever we're working on that month, the point is to make it, not just talk about how you could.

03

A growing library.

Templates, tutorials, AI prompts and setups, business recipes, tools and the better business habits behind them.

No giant content dump to work through. It's a practical library that grows around what members actually need.

04

The community.

Ask the question instead of sitting on it for a fortnight.

Share what you're building, get unstuck, celebrate the wins, borrow ideas and learn from other business owners who've already wrestled with the same problem.

What to expect

Your business should work better.

Not overnight. Not because you downloaded another template. Because you keep choosing the right things, working on them properly and making the business better one piece at a time.

More things finished.

Ideas stop living in your notes app. Systems get built. Decisions get made. The thing you've been putting off actually gets done.

Clearer priorities.

You get better at spotting what actually needs your attention, and what can wait. Less bouncing between twenty things. More progress on the few that matter.

Less held together with tape.

You start replacing workarounds, repeated manual tasks and "only I know how to do this" with better systems, processes and tools.

More leverage.

AI, automation, data and smarter ways of working start doing some of the heavy lifting, so growth doesn't automatically mean more hours from you.

Better decisions.

You have a method for working through problems, testing ideas and deciding what to do next, instead of relying on gut feel, noise or whatever feels most urgent.

A business built to grow.

Piece by piece, you're building something more intentional, more resilient and easier to run.

A year from now, the goal is simple: your business should look very different from the one you joined with.

How it works

You choose it. We do it together.

You choose what's important for your business, and we work on it together. No curriculum to fall behind on, no one telling you your priority is wrong.

It runs on the same two loops I use everywhere, whether you're building something new or fixing what's stuck.

The business loop
Find it. Choose it. SPARC it. Check it. Zoom out, find the opportunity or the blocker, choose what matters most, then check it moved the business before you go again.
The process loop
Scope, Plan, Action, Review, Continuous improvement. Zoom in and build or fix that one thing properly, so it holds as you grow.
Two loops: the business and the process An outer business loop runs Find it, Choose it, SPARC it, Check it, and back to Find it. Inside it, a process loop runs Scope, Plan, Action, Review, Continuous improvement. Find it Choose it SPARC it Check it S P A R C THE BUSINESS THE PROCESS zoom in, fix it

What that looks like in here

  • 01

    Find it.

Bring the thing that's getting in your way, the opportunity you've spotted, or the idea you've been meaning to build.

We zoom out, look at the business properly and find what's actually worth working on.

  • 02

    Choose it.

Not everything needs fixing at once.

We decide what matters most right now, what will make the biggest difference, and what can wait, so you don't disappear down the wrong rabbit hole.

  • 03

    SPARC it.

Scope it. Plan it. Take action. Review it. Improve it.

Use the build sessions, co-work and community to actually move the thing forward, with help for the messy bits, the decisions and the tools along the way.

  • 04

    Check it.

    Did it work?

Did it save time, make money, remove friction, improve the experience or move you closer to where you're going? Then you go around again, onto the next thing or deeper into the same one.

Between sessions, the community is there for the question you'd otherwise sit on. You're building your own business. You're just not building it alone.

What people are working on

Real work, not homework.

Every business runs on six foundations. Members bring work from whichever one is holding them back right now.

Strategy.

Business models, where to play and what to stop doing, pricing that hasn't moved in years, deciding which idea is actually worth the year.

Products and services.

New product launches, shaping an offer properly, packaging and positioning, retiring the thing that no longer earns its place.

Customers.

The customer journey end to end, onboarding, retention, why enquiries aren't converting, and what happens after someone buys.

Systems and operations.

The processes only you know how to run, automation and AI set up properly, tools that talk to each other, admin that eats your week.

Performance.

Knowing your numbers, reporting that tells you something useful, and working out what actually moved the needle.

Sustainable growth.

Capacity, delegation, the parts that break when volume doubles, and building a business that doesn't need you in every room.

Not sure which one is holding you back?

The free business health check scores your business across all six, so you know exactly where to start.

Membership Q&A

The questions people actually ask.

Who is this for?

People building something they want to make real, or make better.

You might have an idea you're ready to launch, a side hustle you want to turn into your full-time gig, or an established business that needs fixing, improving or scaling.

You don't need to be at a particular stage. You just need to be ready to work on it.

Who is it not for?

People looking for someone else to build the business for them.

I'll help you think it through, make decisions, solve problems and build better ways of doing things, but you'll still be the one doing the work.

Neither is a criticism. It's just not what happens in here.

What actually happens in a session?

Fortnightly co-work sessions give you protected time to do the work, with live Q&A when you get stuck.

Once a month, we design and build something together: a system, process, AI setup, customer journey or whatever we're tackling that month.

The point is to leave having made something, not with another list of things to do.

How much time does it take?

As much as you give it.

The live sessions give you dedicated time to work. Everything else is there when you need it. Come to what fits your month, use the library when it's useful, and keep moving.

Do I need to be technical to use the AI material?

No.

The point isn't to turn you into a tech expert. It's to help you set up useful tools properly so they save time, remove work and make the business easier to run.

If you can follow a recipe, you can follow the setups.

Is this a course?

No. There's no curriculum to complete and nothing to fall behind on.

You bring your business, your priorities and the thing you need to work on. We use the same method to help you move it forward.

What's the difference between Membership and VIP?

Membership gives you the live sessions, community, library and method.

VIP includes all of that, plus a private 1:1 session with me every month for the things you want to pull apart together.

Where does it run?

Inside Skool, so the sessions, library, resources and conversations all live in one place.

Businesses don't improve by accident. You have to build it in.

Big businesses have teams, systems and budgets dedicated to making things work better. Small businesses deserve the same thinking, just resized for the way they actually operate. That's what Milking Ducks is built for.
